We are welcoming you in our charming stone and brick farmhouse nestled in nature, surrounded by olive trees and a privileged and picturesque landscape. A dream for those who live in cities. Here you will find contact with nature, it will clear your mind and unleashes a deep inner peace. You can sink into memory or awaken imagination, you can wander in a dream or rather perceive reality, you can excite the senses....

The estate is situated in Collelungo, a medieval village (XII century) between San Venanzo and Marsciano. It offers a view over the middle valley of the Tiber and is in a strategic position to visit the many historic cities of Umbria: Todi, Perugia, Orvieto, Assisi, Spoleto.

The farmhouse was built in 1875 by Nicodemo Damiani, an admirer of the land in Umbria. He conveyed his love to all the descendants of the family, from his grandmother Arnalda up to the current owner, Monica Capitolini. Monica, together with her husband Marco, cherishes happy memories of the land and has completely rebuilt the house. Monica gave special attention to details and created a cosy atmosphere in and around the farmhouse.

Do not miss a place where you can still dream! Come and listen to the words whispered by the wind blowing. We will be happy to offer you an unforgettable relaxing and peaceful holiday.

In total we offer (just) three charming apartments. All of them are independent, spacious, comfortable, equipped with comfort and heating. They are carefully furnished. In each apartment you can cook in the fully equipped kitchen. The proximity of shops and local restaurants in the towns around the farmhouse will allow you to taste the typical products of the culinary tradition of Umbria. It is an ideal place for relaxing strolls along the paths near the grove, where you can admire the hidden beauties of nature.

The farmhouse is suitable for children, there is a playground waiting for them to spend unforgettable hours in absolute freedom.

We look forward to your stay.
